This line is equipped with a High Performance Layboy (HPLX), Sample Quality Rejection (SQR) System, Intelligent Safety System (ISS), High Speed Hopper Ejector (HSHE), eTAMP™ Servo Tampers, and an X12 Pitless Lift Conveyor.

The SQR System allows operators to safely pull samples while the stacker runs at full speed. With automatic or push-button rejection, board is discharged cleanly for inspection without interrupting flow.

Big iron requires big planning!

We’re excited to welcome a new addition to our shop: the ProtoTRAK 30120RX toolroom lathe, one of the largest and most capable lathes in the RX series. Built for large, heavy, and complex turning, this machine blends the hands-on feel of manual machining with powerful CNC capability.

So how do you decide where a nearly 19,000-lb machine goes? You 3D print a scaled model of your actual shop, of course. 😄

This addition allows us to make more parts in-house, faster and with even higher quality, giving our team more flexibility as we continue building innovative solutions for the corrugated industry.
