ITS FRIDAYS WITH FIFI
From my perch in the window I can see Westville is gearing up for the Labor Day Weekend! There’s certainly something for every age group going on. St Mary’s is having their annual Car Show Saturday, Sunday is Margaritaville, and Monday pork sandwiches after the parade. Lions Club also has a full weekend planned with events in the park. Carnival, concert on Saturday with Neon Rodeo and Slippery When Wet, craft venders, and more. Westville Legion Post #51 also has events Friday is Owen Knap & the Rusty Strings on the outdoor stage. Lori’s Sportman’s Inn is having a full weekend as well with the movie Cars in the parking lot Friday and more. Please check each of their pages for their complete listings and times. Oh almost forgot the long standing Labor Day Parade down Route 1 on Monday starting at 11:30 AM. As for me, I’ll be in one of the windows looking to see who will be wearing one of the T-Shirts with ME on it. Look at what I found while prowling around the aisles. It’s some assortments of gun screws. If you’re getting those guns ready for hunting season and miss placed one of the screws, you just might find one to match in one of these boxes. The best part is you only have to buy one not a package.
Been told by the Humans to post about my bad behavior recently and to let people know that petting me could end up not very pleasant for them. So be very careful petting me because I may do something very stupid.

I would like to thank everyone who came out on a rainy Saturday to help us celebrate the 80 year anniversary and especially those of you who were looking for ME!!! I had a really grand day! Thought I would try my hand at being a WITY Radio 99.5FM - 980AM Broadcaster. Don’t think Mr. Chuck like me trying to take over his chair. I did hear someone say they were out of town and really enjoyed listening to the Sports Connection and the interviews with Mr. Chuck. Said he listened till they went off the air.

Look at ME sitting in front of 80 fun brown bag giveaways for tomorrow’s 80th store celebration. These bags will be given to the first 80 guests. Also the Dessert Spoon Food Truck will be in the City Hall parking lot giving away free ice cream to the first 80 as well from 10 AM-2 PM. WITY Radio will be doing their Sports Connections Show live from the store 9AM-10AM then from 10AM-Noon a remote. I’ll be here to greet all of you!!! I got to see some of the stuff going into those brown bags. There are items ranging from a few dollars up to a Green Works Battery Operated Snow Shovel. There’s also a few of my T shirts in those bags. Do Come and Celebrate With Us!!!!!!
