The front end will probably be put on and took off about 4 more times making sure everything is straight and fits good. Today we took it back apart and put the rear inner fender pieces that connect them to the firewall. We had some rust on the driver side, so we cut it out and installed new metal and got them in and straight then reinstalled the front clip again. This work takes a lot of time but taking these little steps makes for a perfect finish. The front end was out about 3/4” high on the driver side we now have it down to 1/32” at all four corners in the front.

She does look pretty just sitting there. She got the full treatment as the jeep did, followed up with ceramic coating

Got the fenders mocked up, put the hood on and checked my gaps. Can live with it all, stuck the old grill on and it fell right in place. Take it all apart and weld up the inner fender panels now, then back to more body work.
