We provide ground to pattern knives for almost every type of wood shaping machine on the market just as we did as part of The Cayce Company for almost 20 years. Some of the type are corrugated back for shapers and moulders, bolt-on style for Williams & Hussey and ShopFox machines, smooth back in various thicknesses for Belsaw, Woodmaster, Powermatic and the like. We also of
fer lockedge shaper steel knives, European style 3-hole knives and rosette knives. We can manufacture knives for raised panel heads, coping discs and tenoning applications. If you do not have the heads or holders for your machine, we can help with the purchase of those as well. With our computer controlled waterjet cutting and grinding process, we can also make many other types of specialty knives. We will begin to add profiles in different categories to this site. They will be added in a pdf format that can be downloaded and/or printed as a reference catalog. You can email your knife grinding requests or profiles to [email protected], fax them to us or send us the wood samples. However you can get the profile to us, we can get the knives to you. About Us
