Man what can I say! The old bus box and plastic toy parts hot rod did it again, for the third race in a row. Just want to thank everyone who’s been involved in this journey. My wonderful wife for spending her Valentine’s Day at the track, I couldn’t do this without you. My daughter Emily for missing volleyball practice, which is her favorite thing to do. Man how bad ass is it to going racing’s with my son Brandon. He made the calls on getting the heap down the track and adjustments needed to get this Win. Gotta thank my boys Aaron Borrelli, John Bonds, and Tony Geria for coming out to help and support me. Big shoutout to Mike Herbert, from Rancho Performance Transaxle for taking care of the old Bus Box, Chong Woo for keeping them Vw heads rocking and rolling. Jimmy and Candy Larsen for all the hard work put into the old car, George Jimenez for the late night dyno tuning, and Doug Harvey for the Awesome wiring job he’s done. Thanks to Dino Mendoza for taking s**t this weekend and making it work for all of us racers. Gotta Thank Steve Sherman for giving us Vw’s a place to race.
