Young's Cooling and Leasing was established in January 2012. The company was created to provide customers with better service and better prices. We are a local family owned HVAC/R company. The Young family has been in this industry since 1946 which makes our experience second to none. We take pride in the quality of our sales and service. We are the only local ice machine rental company in the area.

Nothing stops a Trane… except a dirty condenser, leaking unit, bad thermostat and no freeze protection!! Compressor ground to a stop and a replacement was at least 8 weeks away!! Thankfully our local supplier actually had a unit randomly sitting around 👍🏻

To the untrained eye there is 2 condensing units in the picture, there is actually 3 units worth of parts!! I will never understand the mentality of those who make homemade units from junk but they do make customer retention easier for those of us that do it right the first time!! The best feeling is the customer telling us they saved $300 on their electric bill in the first month after we replaced the system!! Doing it right the first time saves the customer long term 👍🏻
