We recently visited Boulevard Machine in Westfield, Massachusetts - an aerospace and defense manufacturer taking on some of today’s most challenging components across aviation, defense, space, and satellite applications.

Under the leadership of Susan Kasa, President, Boulevard Machine continues to invest heavily in both people and technology to stay ahead of increasingly demanding work.

That focus comes to life on the shop floor, where Kristian Kasa, CNC Programmer, applies advanced Mastercam programming to complex, multi‑station 5‑axis parts with tight clearances and zero room for error.

Supporting that technical depth is a forward‑looking strategy led by Mark Eckstrom, Director of Business Development, helping guide investments that keep the shop competitive today, and positioned for what’s next.

From shrink‑fit tooling to fully integrated Mastercam machine simulation, this team combines skilled people, advanced programming, and smart investment to confidently tackle the toughest work.
