Account Billing Update

As many of you know, we recently transitioned to a new system, including for our charge accounts. As we continue working through the transition, we are taking extra time to ensure all account information is accurate before sending statements.

May statements are delayed but will be mailed out soon, and customers will still have a full month to make their payment as usual.

We’re also excited to share that this new system will bring an improved customer experience, including the option for online bill payments and rewards (coming soon!).

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure every account is correct. We appreciate your continued support of Virchs Hardware & Appliance ❤️

Kindness costs nothing ❤️

We want to take a moment to thank our customers for your patience during this season of transition here at Virchs.

Shelves are shifting, products are moving, and changes are happening throughout the store as we work hard to improve the shopping experience for our community. These updates are being made with the goal of serving you better, and next week we will also begin transitioning products to a new supplier.

During this process, our priority is to remain open and continue serving our customers without interruption. Our staff has been working incredibly hard behind the scenes, and we are grateful for their dedication during a very busy transition.

If you need help finding something, please ask! We are always happy to help. If an item happens to be priced incorrectly and you choose not to pay the corrected price, we will absolutely refund you with no problem at all.

However, we will NOT tolerate the berating of our employees or the intentional damage of products. Our team deserves kindness and respect, just as our customers do.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we continue making positive changes for the future of Virchs. Everything we are doing is with the intention of serving our community better for years to come. ❤️
