A look back at a project Sage Engineering & Contracting, Inc. designed, permitted, and constructed the redevelopment of this 21,080 S.F. building located in South Hadley, MA. The redevelopment included site improvements, underground infrastructure, gas, electric, water and sewer connections.

Sage Engineering and Contracting, Inc. has designed, permitted, and constructed a 3-story parking garage and a complete renovation of the 85,380 S.F. 6-story historic Masonic Temple now known as Springfield Conservatory of the Arts. Site improvements include parking garage, a new driveway, storm water management system, typical utilities, and areas including an auditorium with a complete professional sound and lighting system, commercial kitchen and cafeteria, classrooms, and offices.

Sage Engineering and Construction , Inc. designed, permitted, and constructed the redevelopment of this 36,600 S.F. building located in Holyoke, MA. The redevelopment includes 11,000 S.F. of fit up office space on the first floor. The second floor will be approximately 16,900 S.F. of manufacturing space as well as a covered loading dock area of 1,350 S.F.
