A quick update from the StructSolve team 👋

First off — thank you. The amount of support, referrals, and trust we’ve received from homeowners, realtors, contractors, and our local communities has honestly been incredible.

Because we’ve been busier than ever and want to continue giving every client the time, communication, and fast turnaround they deserve, we’ll be making a small pricing adjustment to our EXPEDITED service fees moving forward in order to accomodate priority scheduling.

Starting immediately for expedited services:
• Structural Reports: $450
• Structural Designs: $1,000

Please note that expedited scheduling timelines may also be affected.

These changes help us continue providing quality engineering work while keeping scheduling manageable for our team as demand continues to grow.

We’re incredibly thankful for everyone who has called, referred us, shared our posts, or trusted us with their homes and projects. We don’t take it lightly.

During our evaluation, we observed signs of settlement and cracking that warranted a closer engineering review. For the buyer, it wasn’t just about the house—it was about making sure they fully understood what they were walking into before making one of the biggest purchases of their life.

That’s where having a structural engineer involved can make a huge difference.
