Meet Leslie Rivers-Nuehring, Accounts Payable Specialist at Ramco and a proud member of our West Des Moines team for 8 years. Before joining Ramco, Leslie worked in inside sales roles. From the moment she walked into her interview, she knew Ramco felt different, the culture stood out right away, and it’s a big part of why she’s still here today.

Leslie loves the variety that comes with her role and the people she gets to work with every day, and she’s known around the office for bringing positive energy and welcoming everyone in each morning.

She also has a few fun claims to fame, including her love for Excel spreadsheets. Meet Becky Leonhardt, a key part of Ramco’s West Des Moines inside sales team who has been with the company for 8 years. Becky joined Ramco after working in electric motors, and she was recruited with a little help from Lori Mateer. What Becky enjoys most about her role is the day-to-day challenge of helping customers find the right solutions for their applications and the fact that inside sales involves much more than orders and phone calls. Becky thrives on multitasking and the variety of projects that come through each week, from crossing parts and troubleshooting application needs to making sure every customer experience runs smoothly and on time.

Becky takes pride in working closely with customers and partnering with her outside salesman, Rick, to keep things moving. And if you stop by her desk, you might notice one of her favorite office items — a crystal ball gifted by Rick Hillmer after she joked that she needed one to decode his famously cryptic emails.
