There is a go fund me Up, and if you find yourself in the position. Please support this family(prayers, Monetarily,Smoke signals) whoever you talk to, it is appreciated. Not only has Mr.Sullivan been a strong supporter in so many peoples lives, he is a good man and a kind soul. I feel for him as a parent and hope for nothing but the best case scenario for his son Ryan.

Good morning,

It's been a great week on this side, just wanted to let you all know there is no Thorsday live tonight, I will be using that time to grind and glue up these customs.

Have the GCR knife to ship out and some leather to make.

As we get closer to making the moves happen, the list seems to be getting a little smaller yet I add more to it.

Pictured is another custom I am working on as well can't wait to get these ones finished, a full set of Citrine's they are going to look great.

The only W.I.P I have for this Wednesday.

It has since been glued,
I have been working on some chefs, a small Bowie, and a cool project.

Getting back to normal-ish life has been great, good to be around the kids and making memories.

I have some crazy news for Thorsday live tomorrow,

Can't wait to chat tomorrow, bring the popcorn, it should be entertaining.

It was a great honor to teach these amazing High schoolers some basic principles of the craft and have a fun time forging, in no way am I the best teacher but they made it easy. Everyone that has taught me in my journey surely shined through in my words.

The questions, the commitment and the willingness to step outside there comfort zones was surely inspirational to me. They will be fine young men in the next few years with with great handshakes and the drive to be better.

Thank you Mr.Davis for being amazing at what you do and facilitating this.

Want it/W.I.P Wednesday

I'm fresh off the trip from the east coast had a blast met with some friends and had a cool forging opportunity with a inspiration of mine

I will either be posting some wips or some want it style post featuring another maker of some sort that I appreciate.

This week I'm going to be doing a want it featuring another maker that has helped me along my journey in more ways than one,

The first of my weekly posts features Carlin Al-Andas
Of Eastern Roadside Creations not only is he prolific but an All around great guy, buy with confidence if you have the ability, he has helped me grow in my short time at the maker space like many others in Des Moines.

Here is a video from his recent show the James Black Bowie Festival with Doug Micarda behind the lenz
