Today serves as the start of a month long celebration focusing on highlighting the modern manufacturing industry.
This month brings attention to the outdated stereotypes of the industry, such as it being 'dirty' or 'dangerous', while also encouraging new talent to explore the field.
Marion Manufacturing prides itself on breaking these stereotypes. As a woman owned company, Marion has put an emphasis on offering opportunities for youth to enter the manufacturing field; whether through internships, or through supporting the local 4-H groups.
