This is no April Fools' joke, Joe Baskin is retiring after 33 years! Please read this heartfelt thank you and announcement of the next chapter of Baystate Winair, from Joe himself:
Dear Valued Customers,
After 33 wonderful years in business, the time has come for me to step into retirement at the end of this month. As I reflect on this journey, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the relationships we’ve built along the way.
Baystate Winair has never just been a business to me—it has been a community. Your trust, loyalty, and support over the years have meant more than I can properly express. Many of you have been with me for decades, and it has truly been a privilege to serve you and get to know you both professionally and personally.
While it’s not easy to step away, I am very pleased—and genuinely excited—to introduce the next chapter for the company. Dan Suse will be taking over, and I want you to know that I have complete confidence in him. Dan brings not only strong industry knowledge and professionalism, but also the same commitment to customer service and integrity that I’ve always tried to uphold. I am certain he will continue to take great care of you and the business.
I encourage you to welcome Dan as you have welcomed me over the years. You will be in very capable hands.
