Hiring! JDM Tokyo Motorsports is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team full-time. This role assists with Office Operations and Online Advertising. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and engaging with customers to promote and sell products.
• Resume and professional references are a plus
• Preferred: Fluent bilingual individual
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide professional assistance with product questions and purchasing needs
• Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries and orders
• Effectively promote and sell products while educating customers to ensure the best purchasing decisions
• Accurately and efficiently handle point-of-sale transactions, ensuring correct payment processing
• Assist with online advertising by taking product photos and creating listings across Facebook, eBay, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Accurately identify JDM parts for inventory and customer orders
• Follow and support warehouse safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and assist with inventory management
• Receive and Stock incoming shipments, ensuring items are stored properly
• Prepare and pack sold parts for shipment
Skills and Requirements:
• Must have a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional
• Safely lift moderate loads and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations
• Demonstrates excellent organization skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
