Steffensmeier Welding & Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Utility Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive, and innovative manufacturing environment.

🔧 Job Title: Utility Worker
📍 Location: Pilot Grove, IA
🕒 Status: Full-time M-F 7:00am-4:00pm

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the paint area with prepping, hanging, and staging parts

Help with packaging products for shipment – accuracy and attention to detail are key

Support various departments with general shop duties

Operate forklifts and other shop equipment (training provided)

Assist with loading/unloading materials and products

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Perform other general labor tasks to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Forklift experience a plus (but not required)

Positive attitude and team player mindset
