We are a small business focused on delivering excellence by meeting deliverable dates with quality work at fair and reasonable fees. We have qualified personnel on staff (licensed professional engineers (PE) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP)) available to provide cost effective and timely engineering solutions to our clients. We not only have the credentials, we have the LEED experience being the engineer of record with projects receiving GOLD, SILVER and PLATINUM designations from the USGBC in the past few years. utilizes the appropriate technology coupled with innovative solutions to provide construction documents that can be readily permitted in today's vigorous regulatory climate. Software compatibility is a large expense to design firms. We maintain current software with many licenses on an annual subscription basis. Our suite of software includes AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoTurn vehicle simulation software, ASAD LT storm sewer design, ICPR hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, Microsoft Office Professional Suite, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Professional Suite to name a few. Groundbreaking today for the new Westlake Elementary School (23-H). This will be the first low EUI school in Palm Beach County and a prototype for future facilities.

Based on the award-winning design of Saddle View ES in Loxahatchee, this project takes that success to the next level. From a School Board approved design contract date in August 2025, the project was designed, permitted, bid and ready for construction in less than 8 months.

Moss is underway and the school is scheduled to open summer of 2027 to serve the rapidly growing Westlake community.

As the clubhouse project wraps up this year, the club has embarked on their new Operations Center project. In collaboration with Anderson Moore Construction Corp., Insite Studio and Sharpe Project Developments, this multi-phase project is moving quickly as Phase I is underway. Brenan Luck is the lead on this project for Civil Design, Inc.

A big "thank you" to Paul Arcella and CSR Athletic Construction for the opportunity to work on this great project for Lynn University in Boca Raton. This design/build project was designed, permitted and constructed in record time. Gabe Burden was the engineer of record for Civil Design, Inc. and adeptly shepherded the project through the approval and regulatory processes to meet the opening day deadline.
