We were asked to mirror the wood panel that is inside on the outside. Made from scratch in house, I’d say we knocked it out of the park. We are excited to announce the launch of our first equestrian product. For years we have been making custom products for facilities in the area. When strolling through the barns I noticed the products did not seem to stand up to Florida’s punishing environment very well. We wanted to create some of the more production style products with a better quality in mind for a competitive price. How? Easy… When your ordering products in a saturated market what your mostly paying for is marketing, not quality.. All of our marketing, design and manufacturing is handled in house. Stall fronts offered by competitors are cheap, paper thin steel. So you wind up with rust all over your barn until the bottoms of the posts rusts out then it’s time to fork out big cash again. That’s what they count on… Our stall fronts and particians are made to last. When it’s time take them down, re powder coat them and re-install. Lasting until you decide. Made from 6061 aluminum with a .250” wall (steel ones are .062 or thinner). T.I.G. Welded construction (steel is M.I.G. Meaning it cracks eventually). True 304 stainless hardware, locks, striker plates and hinges (much higher tensile strength than steel and doesn’t rust). Also watch how fluidly they move, each hinge has stainless pancake bearings as well, no more greasing! Finished in a 2 stage marine powder coat to handle abuse, well water and cleaners.
