Bryan Martin joined Becker Complete Compactor in March of 2022, and since then has steadily grown into an important part of our team. Bryan began his career with us in the shop as a helper, where he quickly showed a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Through hands-on experience and dedication, he has worked his way into a Fabricator role and continues to support the service team when needed.

Bryan is a 2019 graduate of Swansea High School and represents the next generation of skilled tradespeople growing within our company. Becker is truly a family affair for Bryan—he works alongside two of his brothers, making teamwork and shared values a daily part of the job.

Outside of work, Bryan is a devoted husband and loving father. In 2025, he and his family welcomed a new baby—adding one more (very small) member to the extended Becker family.

We’re proud of Bryan’s growth, his commitment to learning, and the role he continues to play in supporting our shop and field teams.
