This fall, The Kleingers Group will be visiting college campuses to talk with students about upcoming co-op opportunities across our offices, divisions, and service lines.

After celebrating the work and growth of our summer co-ops, we’re excited to welcome our fall co-ops to The Kleingers Group. Throughout the semester, they’ll gain hands-on experience, contribute to real project work, and learn alongside mentors and project teams across our offices and service lines.
We’re looking forward to seeing all they accomplish this semester. Welcome to Kleingers!

At the end of each semester, our co-ops have the opportunity to present what they worked on, what they learned, and how they grew during their time at Kleingers.
It’s a great way for students to reflect on their experience, build confidence, and share the real project work they supported along the way.
With a mentor paired with each co-op, students have someone to guide them through the process, answer questions, and help them make the most of their time here.

At Kleingers, co-ops are part of our team from day one.

Over our 33-year history, we’ve welcomed more than 200 co-ops across our offices, divisions, and service lines. Students join our team to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real project work, and get a closer look at careers in the AEC industry.

Each co-op is paired with a mentor, giving them a go-to person for questions, guidance, feedback, and support throughout their time here. At the end of each semester, co-ops also have the opportunity to share what they worked on and what they learned through a final presentation.

As we get ready for career fair season, we’re excited to highlight the program that helps students learn, grow, and explore where their career could take them.

Helping communities plan for safer, more connected infrastructure is work we’re proud to be part of.

Kleingers is supporting the City of Monroe as planning continues for the future Gateway Boulevard roundabout. Jessica Rybolt recently presented several concept options to City Council, including ideas for signage, landscaping, lighting, and art features that could help shape this important infrastructure improvement.

We’re excited to help move this project forward.
