OTC was proud to partner with the Crawford Partnership to welcome local 10th-grade students to our Galion facility, giving them an opportunity to step inside a local business, explore career paths available right here in Crawford County, and see firsthand what today’s manufacturing and skilled careers actually look like.

During their tour, students got an up-close look at the capabilities that keep critical industries running—from precision rotating equipment repair and advanced testing to custom engineering, extensive product inventory and 24/7 field service. They also met some of the people behind that work and saw just how many different skills and career paths it takes to make it all happen.
