Today’s machining consisted of using our CNC Milling machine on this prototype. We were able to drill & mill this piece out of a solid stainless steel round using our multi tool changing capabilities. Also pictured is a micrometer that we use for measuring precisely. Stay tuned for more!

Now accepting job applications! General Laborer position available to do miscellaneous things around the shop. Employee will learn how to run multiple machines and perform various different task throughout the day. Job will change day to day on what machine or what task is being performed. Some task include but are not limited to sawing raw material, drilling holes, shipping & receiving, painting, etc. Great benefits and flexible hours. Starting pay based on experience. Making a lot of steel chips today! Machining a 14 x 6 mild steel weldment square on one of our large bar mill machines. This machine has the capability to travel up to 10 feet! Perfect for any large machining requirements.

Today we are shipping a stainless steel frame that has been finished in #2 glass bead blast! Think of us for any of your bead blasting or stainless steel frame needs!!!

Another project near completion here at Herman MFG.. We had to twist Steve's arm a little bit to be in the picture but I know he is proud of the work he completed on this. I know we are! It takes a team effort to complete projects of this mass and we take pride in working together to accomplish such feats.

This is a large mezzanine hopper that is still missing 97" legs to go underneath it. We will diss assemble and powder coat for the finishing touches.

Yet another example of the variety and size of things we can manufacture/weld.
