🚗 NOW HIRING: Collision Estimator / Repair Planner
Blue Ribbon Body Shop is looking for an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, know how to write accurate estimates, and believe in repairing vehicles the right way using OEM procedures, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities Include:
✅ Blueprinting vehicles (complete teardown and damage analysis)
✅ Assisting with workflow and repair planning with technicians
✅ Writing accurate and complete repair estimates
✅ Using CCC One daily
✅ Researching and applying OEM repair procedures
✅ Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
✅ Working directly with insurance companies and adjusters
✅ Ordering parts and coordinating supplements
Requirements:
🔹 Estimator experience required (collision industry)
🔹 Must be proficient in CCC One
🔹 Understanding of OEM repair procedures
🔹 Ability to write detailed, accurate estimates and supplements
🔹 Strong customer service and communication skills
🔹 Must be organized, dependable, and motivated
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus):
⭐ I-CAR training or certifications
⭐ Knowledge of vehicle repairs, ADAS systems, and calibrations
⭐ Parts ordering and production management experience
⭐ Ability to manage multiple repairs at once while maintaining quality
