Industrial Container Services, LLC Acquires Parts Business and Intermediate Bulk Container Reconditioning Facilities of Stainlez, Inc and Cropland Containers, Inc.

Industrial Container Services, LLC (ICS) of Maitland, FL announced today that it has completed the acquisitions of Cropland Containers, Inc., of Webster City, IA, and Stainlez, Inc., of Minneapolis, MN. The transaction includes all machinery, intellectual property, equipment and inventory utilized at the Cropland and Stainlez facilities. “We are extremely pleased to announce that Cropland and Stainlez are now part of the ICS family. The acquisition provides Cropland and Stainlez customers with easy access to ICS’ national container supply and collection network, and brings ICS an entirely new yet synergistic product line. It also continues our diversification into new geographies and end-use markets. We welcome Brian Bilyeau and his team into the fold and look forward to their help in supporting our mission to provide customers nationwide with high-quality reconditioned packaging and newly-manufactured containers and accessories.” states Mr. Charles Veniez, President of ICS.
