MI Sharp's van was involved in a serious auto accident this week. Daren, Sarah, and Ralphie are ok. Our van was damaged severely and is waiting to be evaluated by insurance. As a result of extensive repairs or a complete rebuild, we have no choice but to suspend our regular mobile service with a target restart date of Tuesday, July 7. We do have alterative solutions available and will be in touch with all scheduled customers to discuss the best temporary solution.
Our shop was not affected, only the mobile van. Alternative solutions include:
1. Tool pick up with next day delivery.
2. Mail in, with 2-day turnaround - we can supply a free box with the code "FREEBOX" on our website.
3. Mail in by grabbing a postage paid box from Nick at Professional Groom Supply Michigan when he is at your place.
4. Drop off at the MI Sharp booth at the Saturday Meridian Township Farmers' Market with pick up the following Saturday, pick up Monday at our shop, or mailing return is available.
5. Tool Drop off at our shop in Webberville (between Howell & Lansing). If our pickup route does not work with your shop schedule, our drop off service is always available. Until our mobile route is back up, this turn around will be 1-2 days as well.
Thank you for your loyalty. While we work through rebuilding the mobile unit, we will do our best to continue the high level of service you are used to.
