With a potentially significant ice storm forecasted, we want to share a quick note with our customers near and far. 🥶

Because we don’t yet know what this storm may bring—and given past experiences—we understand that power or communication disruptions are possible. Our hope is that conditions are far less severe than predicted, but safety will always come first.

If power, internet, or phone service is impacted, please know we will do everything we can to communicate updates regarding hours and operations when we can. Should road conditions be unsafe, the warehouse will remain closed until travel is safe for our team.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our priority is the safety of our employees, customers, and community, and we are committed to supporting our customers as best we can through whatever comes our way.

This holiday season, we're showing appreciation for our team with a celebration tomorrow. Please note our special hours: closing at 1:00 pm on Dec. 19th, resuming regular hours, then closing at 2:00 pm on Dec. 24th for our Christmas break (through Dec. 28th). We'll also close at 2:00 pm on Dec. 31st for New Year's and reopen on Jan. 5th. We'll send reminders as each break nears.
