Independent contract welder and fabricator looking for an honest, humble and hard working youngster to help me out. Preferably someone wanting to learn about welding, fabrication, blacksmithing and working with metal in general.
Yes previous experience is a plus, but I'm willing to teach anyone who has a passion to learn and work. Doing things correctly the first time, and being coachable are a must. By coachable I mean being told or taught how to do something only once, dont repeat mistakes.
I work in my shop or I have to go to the customer. The kind of work I get could be fencing, gates, ornamental gates, truck beds, bumpers, headache racks, equipment or machinery repairs, art sculptures, custom fabrication of anything imaginable, etc....
This is an opportunity to learn alot. I weld using all processes on ferrous or non ferrous materials. I use a coal and propane forge. Ideally this could be a longterm position where you grow as I do, or this could be the foundation of your own career as a fabricator/welder
