Lead Technician
Experience: 3+ years verifiable field experience
Full-time: on call some weekends and evenings
Flexible hours to maintain healthy work life balance.
Pay: $30+/hr plus bonuses and variable profit share after probationary term based on performance.

• Positive attitude and always ready to learn
• Diagnose, Repair, Install, and Maintain HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
• Share on-call rotation duties with other team members
• Clean background with no felonies
• Drug free
• Clean driving record
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to EDUCATE homeowners about in home Air Quality.
• Experienced Residential HVAC knowledge
• TDLR Certification & EPA Card
• Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to work within a team environment
Technician Assistant
Experience: 1+ years
Full-time: Flexible hours to maintain healthy work life balance.
Pay: $15+/hr plus bonuses and variable profit share after probationary term based on performance.
