I get so into my jobs I usually forget to take pictures of my work , especially of the really cool jobs (or sometimes I can't because they are classified) 🙂 But here are some random machined parts, they may not seem "interesting" but to the customers they were very important

The simplest ideas, that are quick to design and to make, that solve small but annoying problems, can be the best ones.
A pin pointer gets used almost as much as the metal detector, so having a very convenient place to mount it instead of a holster on your belt, especially if you don't wear a belt, is a small but great idea to bring to the market 🙂

When your tow truck rear light mounts are badly dented, rusted and falling off, and you want some more stronger heavier duty ones that you can't get online and that will actually last.

When you realize the old tired plow you have is kind of small and creates more "plowing time" but you don't want to spend $8k+ on a new larger one. How about refurbishing it and making some heavy duty extensions, turning it in from a 7'5" wide plow to a 8'5" plow. The last picture is a year later after a season of residential plowing, but also including plowing a large commercial property a few times, it has held up very well.

Todays projects, first cut a fl**ge ring out of steel, that will be welded onto a new gas tank that will allow a different fuel pump to be bolted to it. Second take a random image of a dog off the internet, turn it into to a 3D model, then create a program to mill it out of an aluminum blank (this will later be programmed to run on a CNC Plasma table)

So what can be 3D printed, to sum it up, pretty much anything you can think of. From custom gold prospecting equipment (mini sluices, custom sluice mats, custom gold pans, and prototypes that will soon hit the market), Arts & Crafts, Cosplay, Custom cookie cutters, to so many other things. Even the ability to take photographs and print them into night lights or lamp shades Lithophanes. That only show a very detailed image when exposed to light. If you have an idea, message me and let me try to bring it to reality
