Exciting News!

Galaxie has successfully completed the sale of the former Ascent Tubular facility that produced stainless steel pipe in Munhall, Pennsylvania to Nexteel USA.

Nexteel USA has announced plans to restart operations at the site to produce welded stainless, nickel alloy, and duplex pressure pipe and tube. We are pleased to see the facility transition to new ownership with a clear path forward for renewed production.

Galaxie is committed to facilitating strategic transactions that enable industrial continuity and long-term value creation across the steel processing industry.
