It’s unfortunate to get called by a potential customer because they’d like you to give a professional opinion on whether or not they were taken advantage of. The fact that any contractor would consider this a completed project, properly installed or charge money for this leaves me with serious doubt for humanities future. Please don’t let something like this happen with your building, there are reputable contractors happy to help educate anyone about polyurethane foam and the process followed for quality application, we’ll help with no expectation of hire, but knowing another bad install won’t be out there making it more difficult for those of us operating ethically.
