Lower Elkhorn NRD held a ribbon cutting to celebrate a very special donation to the Pilger Recreation Area from Len Dickinson and Jule Goeller, owners of Timberlyne. Len and Jule generously donated a beautiful post and beam pavilion for the community to enjoy. Their hope is that families, friends, and visitors will use the pavilion and take full advantage of the lake and all the amenities the recreation area has to offer.
