At Elite Field Service, that person is our Field Service Coordinator.

This role sits at the center of daily operations, helping coordinate technician schedules, communicate with customers, track work orders and parts, and support the team behind every service call.

No two days are exactly alike. Priorities shift, schedules change, and customers depend on clear communication and follow-through.

We're hiring an Equipment Sales Representative for our Construction Division to help support the next phase of growth at Elite Field Service.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to develop and grow a construction equipment territory for Elite Field Service. You'll be working directly with contractors, builders, rental companies and fleet managers throughout West Michigan, helping them find the right equipment solutions for their operations.

Representing industry-leading equipment lines including JLG, Genie, MEC, Manitou, Giant, CMC and Bandit, this role is focused on building relationships, developing new business and becoming a trusted resource within the industry.

We're looking for someone with sales experience within equipment, construction, industrial or related industries who is ready to take ownership of a territory and help grow our presence throughout West Michigan.

One year ago today, we stood in front of our new facility with a pair of scissors and a lot of gratitude.

At the time, it felt like a major milestone.

Looking back now, it's hard to believe everything that's happened in just one year.

We've welcomed new team members, expanded our capabilities, added new equipment lines, strengthened partnerships and continued growing the services we provide across Michigan and beyond.

What makes us most proud isn't the building itself. It's the people inside it.

The team that shows up every day ready to solve problems, support customers and help keep equipment working. Their hard work, commitment and dedication have made this growth possible.

This facility gave us room to grow, but that growth has always been about serving our customers better. Providing more support, more solutions and being ready when our customers need us.

As we reflect on a year in this building and prepare to celebrate five years in business later this summer, we're incredibly grateful for the customers who trust us, the partners who support us and the team that continues to move Elite forward.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our headquarters in Wayland, Michigan.

Around here, the details matter. Answering the phone. Keeping things on track. Helping customers feel taken care of. Supporting the team so the day runs smoothly.

This role is a big part of keeping the wheels turning around here.

You’ll be one of the first people customers, vendors, and partners interact with, while also helping support the day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
