We're making an important addition to the leadership team at Elite Field Service.

As our company continues to grow, including expansion into new markets and product lines, we're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to help lead daily operations and support the next phase of growth for the business.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to build structure inside a fast-moving company. Someone who can lead people well, improve operational efficiency, create accountability and help transform momentum into long-term scalability.

Working closely with ownership, the Branch Manager will help oversee service, parts, rentals, sales, inventory, systems and facility operations. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

We're looking for someone with significant leadership and operational management experience within equipment, dealership, industrial, construction or related industries. Someone who understands how to build scalable systems and processes, create structure and accountability without slowing momentum and bring a calm, experienced leadership presence to a growing organization.

Andrew is one of the guys helping keep things moving in the shop as a Shop Technician here at Elite Field Service.

With a few years of experience working on heavy equipment, both in the shop and out in the field, he brings a solid, well-rounded skill set to the crew. He’s the kind of guy who jumps in, figures things out, and doesn’t back down from a challenge.

Andrew takes pride in his work, and it shows. Done right and ready to go when it leaves the shop.

When he’s not at Elite, you’ll likely find him out on the water or on the golf course.

That figure-it-out mindset goes a long way here. It keeps the shop moving, supports the team around him, and helps make sure our customers are getting equipment they can rely on when it counts.
