For those just beginning, or those that get complacent like myself. When quoting, or on your regular washes, always ask a few key questions:

1. Last wash
2. How often looking to wash (always suggest the best intervals)
3. What do you haul (all materials)
4. Water on site
5. Quantity and parking.
These are the key things, some situations require more info.

Dont get complacent with them not running through certain materials or hauling something different than the norm.

This unit had to run through a rock quarry and Lime for the week when normally he's a pavement guy. We failed to see the difference and ask simple questions that would allowed us to tackle the wash the right way the first time. It wasn't horrible, but did need the lime dust to be kicked in the butt to achieve the correct wash.

Never assume, pay attention.....We didnt!!
Glacier and Beartooth adjustments is all it took. We actually didn't need to utilize Kodiak to break down the lime dust. Really I see the Glacier adjustment do the work. Any worse would have required a pre treatment. Hope this helps any new to washing, or maybe the complacent ones.
