Bluebonnet is proud to be providing structural consulting services for the revitalization of Kaufman’s downtown staple, 201 W Mulberry. Constructed in 1899, this historic structure was originally utilized as a general store where it was later converted for office space. Leading the revitalization charge of this structure are Tony and Holly Collins whom are investing the required care and attention into ensuring the restoration is completed in a historically accurate manner. Kaufman’s historic downtown is lucky to have owners willing to put the time and resources into the historical preservation of this property and Bluebonnet is proud to assist in ensuring the project runs as smoothly as possible. Thank you to Mosier Contracting as well for tackling this project with the care it deserves.
