B&M Auto Sales and Parts, INC. Used and New Auto Parts, Used Vehicle Sales As you might surmise, the “B” and the “M” in our name stood for Bronco and Marko. So why buy new when used will do.

The History of B&M Auto Sales and Parts:
In 1949, Bronco Ogrezovich and Marko Verzich opened a salvage yard in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As their auto salvage business grew, so did their need for a larger location. In 1976, they began to relocate the business to a newly acquired property in Waukesha. They also began the transition to a second generation of owners--Bronco’s sons Bob and Mike Ogrezovich

. Today, after more than 50 years of hard work and committed service in the Wisconsin recycled auto parts industry, B&M remains a family owned and operated business. Job Description:
• B&M Auto Sales & Parts Counter Sales Representative will understand customer requirements, and promote sales. In this position you will secure orders and arrange delivery or pick up of products. You will deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. The Counter Sales Representative is a non-exempt, at will employee of B&M Auto Sales & Parts, Inc.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong automotive background
• Prior experience in sales as well as the retail industry and/or automotive industry
• Able to process cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Able to use a variety of computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
• Valid driver license and/or reliable transportation
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Duties:
• Answering phone calls

Parts Delivery Driver - Job Description:

• B&M Auto Sales & Parts Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivery and picking up of parts. You will deliver exceptional customer service to our customers, and be responsible for getting the right parts to the right people at the right time. The Parts Delivery Driver is a non-exempt, at will employee of B&M Auto Sales & Parts, Inc.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong automotive background
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• Good driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to communicate well orally with customers, and vendors
• Bilingual a plus
• Prior experience in sales as well as the retail industry and/or automotive industry
• Able to handle cash, check, and charge transactions
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

Duties:
• Delivery of parts to customers and vendors throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
• Complete all appropriate paperwork at time of delivery, obtain appropriate signatures and collect payment

• Load and unload truck

• Maintain a delivery log to record all deliveries and pickups made
