Mavrix Welding Automation Mavrix specializes in the design and manufacturing of welding automation for a wide range of applications.

Custom design and manufacture of weld automation for metal build up, hardfacing, metal spray applications. Serving industries such as metal recycling, cement, power generation, rock crushing, sugar cane shredding, steel mill rolls and chocks, dredging, oil & gas, and agricultural industries. Our products are modular in design and while we commonly refer to them by their trade names (i.e. vers-o-weld, roll-o-matic) the components can be mixed and matched to develop a customized system to meet your application needs. Mavrix has been custom engineering welding automation for over 26 years and have products ranging from automating your hard gun to 32 foot dual torch welding lathes. Additionally, we are an authorized distributor of Stoody flux corned welding wire. We work closely with Stoody to select the best wire for each application and have access to experts to help us review your unique application.
