Some things just go together like bread and butter, and the PTR Intake Manifold and Eventuri Intake are no exception! This combination not only looks incredible in the engine bay of your C8 Corvette, but also helps unlock more horsepower from the 6.2L V8. The perfect blend of performance and appearance!

Which is the better track car: the **2027 Corvette Grand Sport or Grand Sport X?**
Join Korey and Aaron from Winning Formula at Putnam Park for an apples-to-apples comparison with both cars running matched configurations.

Rather than comparing a touring-focused Grand Sport X against a track-focused Grand Sport, we matched the key setup items to see how the cars compare on track—not just how their equipment differs.

**THE SETUP**
Both cars were fitted with:
- Factory Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires
- Factory brake pads
- GM-recommended track alignment settings
- Verus Engineering WCW rear wings
- High-temperature brake fluid
- Grand Sport Coupe
- Grand Sport X Hardtop Convertible

**EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WHEEL**
Aaron’s background includes a Putnam Park record and race wins in GRIDLIFE, World Racing League (WRL), and the Zenith Racing Series. He builds and develops Porsche and C8 Corvette race cars for a living, bringing firsthand knowledge of the platform and extensive track experience to this comparison.

We put both Corvettes through their paces and share our driving impressions to answer the question: **Does the X make a meaningful difference when the configurations are matched?** This comparison focuses on how these two cars perform with the setups listed above at Putnam Park.

Which would you choose for your next track day—the Grand Sport or Grand Sport X? Tell us your pick and why in the comments.
