Thermeq Company, an industrial equipment builder and steel fabricator located in Waterville, Ohio is currently looking for full time Welder/Fabricators to work 1st or 2nd shift.

1st Shift works Monday thru Friday 6:00am to 4:30pm. 2nd Shift works Sunday thru Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am

Requirements – Ability to pass a D1.1 Unlimited test, experience in steel fabrication (2 years preferred), blueprint reading, stainless or aluminum welding a plus.

Individuals are responsible for layouts, fit-ups and MIG/TIG welding process based on provided blueprints.

Pay based on skill assessment and experience upon hire, with potential for overtime. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401k match after 1 year, paid holidays and paid vacation after 6 months. Employees on 2nd Shift will receive an additional shift premium.

Thermeq Company is looking for an entry level Shop Clerk / Administrative Assistant. Candidate would work directly under our Shop Manager and would assist in data entry, supply ordering, and keeping track of periodic tasks. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), have excellent grammar and writing skills, be detail orientated with a willingness to learn other duties as needed. Familiarity with a shop environment is helpful, but not necessary.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401k match after 1-year, paid holidays and paid vacation after 6 months.

Schedule: Expectation of 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day.

Thermeq Company is looking for an All-Around Machinist with 20+ years of experience to work alongside our current, but retiring machinist. Candidate must be able to set-up and operate Mills/Lathes to perform multiple machining and cutting operations on various materials. We are looking for a candidate who can manufacture parts from start to finish with minimal oversight after training.

Job Requirements:

~20+ years of Machining/Set-up experience

~Manually operate Lathes and Mills

~CNC knowledge not required

~Read and use precision instruments including micrometers and calipers

~Ability to hold tight tolerances

~Ability to read Blueprints

~Strong math skills

~Basic Welding experience a plus but not required~Ability to work 10 hour shifts for overtime

Located in Waterville Ohio, the Thermeq Company is a Project Management company in the steel fabrication industry. Our product base is wide and includes Commercial Steel Construction, Miscellaneous Metal Fabrication, Animal Containment for the Zoo Industry and Manufacturing of Mechanical Equipment. We have a large local established client base and also partake in projects across the country.

Thermeq is seeking a task-oriented person to help manage projects in steel fabrication and equipment manufacturing. The position will assist Project Managers with detailing of drawings using AutoCAD 2020, material takeoffs, overseeing shop fabrication and coordinating deliveries.

A qualified candidate should have strong computer skills, be organized, able to understand blueprints, proficient in AutoCAD, be mechanically inclined, able to communicate well via email and have the desire take ownership of given task. Able to travel is a plus.

·Associate’s Degree in the Engineering field, work related experience will be considered

·Physically able to climb stairs or ladders to obtain field dimensions

·Strong organization and problem-solving skills

·Proficient in AutoCAD, as well as MS Excel, Word, & Outlook

·Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
