Before photos. We had dirt , ice, snow , rock shelf….then we had an elevator hole and the storm manhole… then we had the under-slab plumbing Now. …we have the basement slab!! Next is the basement walls..

Update: Thousand Island Art Center: temporary roof overtop of the big dig! These photos are the the first pour of flowable fill . There is another 2+ feet of flowable fill to go. Then we can place the basement slab and walls. Stay tuned !

NEW THOUSAND ISLAND ARTS CENTER: CLAYTON, NY

Building New Art Center in Beautiful Village of Clayton, NY on the St. Lawrence River. The beautiful new Facility will showcase local Artists Works and host classroom facilities for their outstanding Classes in the Arts. Building will be basement and 3 floors. Totaling over 13000 SF . This will be another beautiful addition to this little quaint village for all who love it so much!

Start of the project in progress: Black Horse excavation down to rock shelf- for the installation of shoring - the real beginning of our work. Slow going right now. Weather, space and water has not been our friend. Next will be forming the elevator, installation of rebar, slab and Insulated concrete forms. Stay tuned
