***CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT***

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end as I have to announce the closing of CT Hackerspace. We had a wonderful 16 year run but due to financial difficulties we are no longer going to have a physical location.

Members please take this time to grab your personal projects and any CTH souvenirs. I will be informing other makers spaces on 1/19/26 to see if there is anything they would like. On 2/1/26 anything remaining in the space is considered a free for all no matter who the owner is.

The final board meeting is 2/5/26 and Bill will be named as President. (Bill's GF will also be present).

I want to thank every member and visitor that has been apart of this journey and hope to one day bring CTH back.

The three silver Alienware systems were used for parts to build the blue Alienware laptop on the end. At the end of the night it was up an running.

We had a server running that sounded like a shop vac but also provided heat.

Another setup was an e-machine that several people were looking for the "Never obsolete" or "Y2K" sticker.

Mario Kart and other retro games were being played
