Happy Halloween from Concord Community! Huge thank you to all who came for candy, to all who passed candy out, and all the fantastic decorations! Next year we will go bigger! Plans already in the works🤡 2017

Water readings being done today, as well as tree cutting around homes/sheds/gas meters/ electric meters and places they should not be growing! If you received a notice yesterday about items in your yard that needed to be cleaned you have until 2pm today 8-15-17 or you will be charged for clean-up or removal! The State health inspector was back in the park yesterday, he noticed that many people have dog poo in their yards that is not pick up! Anything more than 5 piles is considered to be a violation! If you have PETS please clean up after them!
Also, in within the next few weeks I will be having a natural chemical powder sprayed around the exterior of ALL homes to help with our bug population. This will not be a 100% kill them on the spot treatment, it will take many treatments and it will also require the help of each home owner to work with us to control this ongoing issue. If we work together we can beat them! More information will follow this post in the next week!

Welcome to the Concord Mfg Community page! This page was created to keep all current residents up to date on information pertaining to the park. From severe weather to water shut offs due to breaks. This page will also have new listings available for purchase, for those of you whom know someone who might need a new place to live!
