The designs for the 82-89 Headlight switch bezel and Cigarette lighter bezel are complete.
These look really clean and modern compared to the stock plastic.
Made from 6061-T6 Al just like the Gauge bezels.
I made a few different test pieces, check them out in the pictures.

I can add the cutout and mounting for the stock Fog-light and stock defrost switch if requested.
I personally removed my cigarette lighter and went for a modern USB port found on amazon, also in the pictures.

Another batch of 82-89 Gauge Bezels fresh out of Powder Coat, ready for customization.
These are 6061-T6 Aerospace grade AL plate, and made to last forever.

The 2 pieces on the left are designed to fit directly over your stock cluster.

The 2 pieces on the right are designed to fit the Standard aftermarket Gauge kit of 3-3/8" Large Gauges and 2-1/16 smalls.

I am trying to run as a batch to bring the costs down a little.

I wanted to share a customer project.

He originally purchased a big brand name gauge kit for his 3rd Gen. The Gauges looked good, but the bezel itself was very cheap looking and flimsy.
You will see these made from cheap Chinese sheet metal, or molded plastic. He was not happy with the look, nor the rattles he was getting in the dash.

My Bezels are made from 6061-T6 Aerospace grade Aluminum plate, then Powder coated to last the life of your car.

He wanted the plain black stealth look, which looks great with his gauges.

Here are some pictures of the custom bezels I have made for the 82-89 Camaro that are designed to hold aftermarket gauges.

Most of these are for the standard size gauge kit of 3-3/8" and 2-1/16" gauges. They can be customized for any size, layout and engraving you would like. Made from 6061-T6 and powder coated to last.

Another Custom 82-89 gauge bezel is ready to ship out.

This style is for holding aftermarket gauges.
The customer needed 2"diameter small gauges and 3.375" Large for the Tach and Speedo.

This Piece is machined from 6061-T6 and then Powder coated Textured black to match the factory Trim.3125" holes added for LED turn signals..

His custom engraving looks great!
