Firstly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the continued support over the past year, but unfortunately we will be shutting down orders as of today for the next few months. We will be in touch with customers that have placed orders up until this evening on when they can expect their orders to be completed. (Prior to Christmas.)
I apologize for the lack of notice on shutting down orders for the season, but due to an influx of orders and an addition to the HCE Family coming in the very near future we have chosen to take these steps to focus on preparing for our future engraver.
