More testing the machine and my wiring, so far so good…
Trying to reduce the Kerf which is quite large and Dross which is in some areas and clean in other portions of the cut.

Testing out to the table to see if I fixed the “limit” error which disabled the X & Y axis. Some how I screwed up these settings! I contacted Eastwood and they sent me directions on how to fix this problem.

Added the plasma cutter fluid today and check for leaks…looks good 😊
I bought a package off eBay for $13 and it makes 100-300 gallons. The reviews were all positive so I hope they were right.

Finally have my new Eastwood Versa cut 4x4 CNC plasma cutter assembled and was playing around with it for the first time.
Everything seems to be working fine accept for that fact that I forgot to buy sheet metal. An old cookie sheet had to do for today 😂.
One thing I would like to change is the Units that are displayed, as much as I like and use metric daily at my design job I somehow prefer inches when setting up speeds on this machine.
So much more to learn!
Adding the plasma cutting fluid tomorrow which will help with the smoke.
