We offer Rotary Welding Machines with Horizontal, Inclined and Vertical spindles with up to eleven independent axes of cam-controlled torch motion. We also have over twenty-five years of experience designing and building robotic systems integrating ABB, FANUC, Motoman and Panasonic robots. We offer in-depth experience with Linear Machines, Manual Fixtures, Leak Testing and Material Handling Equipment. We recognize that startup assistance, technical support and replacement parts are critical to our customers’ success and our commitment to providing these services sets us apart. PRODUCTION FACILITY/EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
At Melton Machine & Control Company, we have the facility and the people to partner efficiently and effectively with our clients. As importantly, we are fully prepared for growth as dictated by client demand. Our current facility was newly constructed in 1999, and comprises 154,000 total square feet, with over eighty-five percent of that space devoted to manufacturing. This includes 44,000 square feet of manufacturing space added to the original building in 2007. Melton Machine & Control Company is 100% employee-owned since 1985.
