The Ross and Campbell families of Pennsylvania are pleased to announce the acquisition of Hypermax Engineering, currently based in Gilberts, Illinois.
For more than 50 years, Hypermax Engineering has been a respected leader in the truck and tractor pulling industry. We are honored to continue this legacy and remain committed to preserving the quality, innovation, and reputation that customers have come to expect from the Hypermax name.
As we move forward, we are carefully finalizing the details surrounding the transition of operations. This deliberate approach is intended to ensure uninterrupted customer service and consistent product distribution. At this time, we ask Hypermax customers to continue business as usual. Our priority is to uphold Hypermax Engineering’s strong reputation while thoughtfully modernizing product offerings and purchasing processes to meet the evolving needs of pullers around the world.
We would also like to provide clarity regarding the structure of this transition. Chaos Fabrication will not be assuming control of Hypermax Engineering. Hypermax will operate as a separate, fully independent entity, with warehousing and manufacturing based in Washington, Pennsylvania.
All current Hypermax Engineering product lines will be maintained, with plans to expand offerings in the future. We remain dedicated to honoring the traditional ingenuity of the pulling industry while embracing continued technological advancement.
Our goal is to ensure Hypermax Engineering remains a cornerstone supplier of high-performance truck and tractor pulling components for generations to come.
