A designer came to us with a specific request for a custom home being built in the St. George area.

Instead of standard straight-sided chimney caps, they wanted something with swooped sides to match the architectural style of the house.

So we built these three extra-large custom caps from mild steel, fully welded and carefully TIG welded on the curved sections to keep the lines clean. Once fabrication was complete, everything was powder coated for durability.

Projects like this are a good reminder that architectural metalwork doesn’t have to be purely functional — it can be part of the design.

These are now on the roof of a large custom home. We’re excited to see them installed.
