CMAX System and Mergon Announce Strategic Partnership to Develop and
Manufacture Next-Generation Foldable Housing Units
Ireland, July, 2025 – CMAX System Inc., a pioneer in foldable, rapidly
deployable modular housing solutions, and Mergon Group, a global leader in advanced manufacturing technologies, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to partner on the development and production of the next generation of CMAX foldable units (CX20)
The agreement establishes a framework for CMAX and Mergon to combine their strengths, accelerating the industrialization of innovative modular solutions to meet urgent global shelter needs.
Mergon will support CMAX in addressing the growing demand for its solutions around the globe. CMAX currently distributes its foldable units in 12 countries, including Japan, the United States, UAE, Jordan, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Portugal, among others.
