Bob Juarez is joining the Cobec team to as a Principal Analyst.

Over the past 30 years, Bob has worked on many commercial and federal accounts for CSC, CSRA and GDIT. In the recent past, Bob was the program manager for the FAA's email program and for the past few years has provided program management for the FAA's staffing modeling efforts.

During time away from work, Bob enjoys sports, restaurants, and mastering new recipes at home. Bob also loves to travel to visit his family in Germany.

At Cobec, innovation means solving complex challenges—and our people make it happen. Two of our developers, Justin Martinez and Micah Kimel, recently delivered major improvements to a key FAA system.

Justin modernized a critical database system, making it faster, more secure, and easier to scale. He also rolled out a new feature that supports multiple control centers and built training tools to help others succeed.

Micah joined recently and hit the ground running. He improved core web and mobile tools and helped launch a new interface to connect systems faster and more reliably—all while adapting quickly to the team’s agile approach.
